February 1, 2016 Style, Style, Trend and Beauty You Have to Give These Beauty and Fashion Subscription Boxes a Try We now live in the age where just about anything can be delivered to our doorstep. What once was a monthly magazine subscription has now turned into something even bigger (and better) – subscription boxes. A subscription box is about as close as it gets to a monthly gift from heaven – a box full of goodies that you might not have known existed or picked out for yourself. Subscription boxes range in price and category, and some can be sent monthly or even biweekly (depending on the brand). We decided to list our top five fashion and beauty boxes that you just have to take a look at. POPSUGAR Must-Have Box The box may include items from Too Faced, Tarte Cosmetics and Butter London. Costing $39.95 per month, this box will surprise you with full-sized name brand beauty and lifestyle products that value over $100. Ipsy As the box (or shall we say bag) that is talked about by most beauty gurus on YouTube, this is one subscription you don’t want to miss out on.The bag may include products from NYX, Urban Decay, Too Faced, Smashbox and OPI. This bag costs only $10 per month and includes a mixture of 4-5 deluxe sample and full-sized products that coincide with tutorials. Each bag is valued at about $50. GlossyBox Have the desire to try products that can’t be bought in the United States? Then this is the subscription box for you. The unique thing about this subscription is that you can subscribe for a monthly box, or order one and be done! The box may include products from brands such as Lollipops, GlamGlow and POP beauty. Costing you $21 per month, Glossy Box offers a variety of 5-6 luxury samples from French drugstores. Julep Maven If you’re a nail polish queen, this is a subscription box with your name painted all over it. Julep Maven offers a variety of boxes depending on your personal style. Not only does it account for the types of nail polishes that you like the best, but it refreshes your collection once a month. The products included in this are strictly exclusive to the Julep brand. Birch Box The OG of subscription boxes, Birch Box knows what it’s doing and does it well. The box may include products from Benefit, Cynthia Rowley and The Balm. Costing only $10 per month, this box offers deluxe samples of brands you wouldn’t necessarily try otherwise. Think a male in your life could benefit from some pampering? This box is available for men, too! So, give one of these beauty or fashion boxes a try – at the end of the day it’s kind of like sending yourself a present, but not knowing exactly what that may be. And what’s better than that!?
