We made it past midterms, and even if you didn’t technically pass them all, it’s officially Spring Break. The beaches and palm trees await you, so first things first– you need a drink. Not just any drink, a Long Island Iced Tea kind of drink. This concoction has a little bit of everything (we weren’t kidding when we said you need this) and you need it now. Mix it up or order a round, you won’t be sorry. Ingredients: ½ ounce of vodka ½ ounce of rum ½ ounce of gin ½ ounce of tequila ½ ounce of triple sec 1-ounce of sweet and sour mix 1 splash of Coca-Cola 1 lemon slice (optional garnish) Ice Recipe: Start with filling a cocktail shaker with ice. Then, pour in the vodka, rum, gin, tequila, triple sec and sour mix and shake. Pour the mixture into a 16-ounce glass filled with ice and top off with a splash of Coca-Cola. Garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy!
