Besides just going out to the movie theatre and the occasional dinner, Mount Pleasant has a ton of options to make your spring break a relaxing and enjoyable week. 1. Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort If you’re looking for some comedic relief during your break, look no further than Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort’s Dane Cook comedy show on March 8. If you’re looking to catch some waves, you need to check out the Soaring Eagle Water Park day pass. The waterpark has nine different large attractions including Hot Springs and the Flow Rider. At the end of the day if you’re feeling lucky, Soaring Eagle Casino has table games, slots as well as many other games to test your chances. 2. Ponder Coffee Company Looking for a good bite to eat and a friendly atmosphere? Stop into one of the two Ponder Coffee Company locations. Here you’ll find a selection of hand-crafted coffees, freshly brewed teas and on Sundays new waffle creations. Ponder Coffee Company also offers sandwiches and signature salads. 3. Pure Vitality Spring break is all about relaxing, right? Well, if you need to melt the stress away, stop into Pure Vitality in downtown Mount Pleasant. Here you’ll find infrared saunas and massages as well as a full juice bar. There are also float pods which help reduce anxiety while giving you clarity to focus. Pure Vitality is the ultimate reset button your body needs during spring break. 4. MP Fit Club During Michigan’s harsh and brutal winter our bodies don’t get much activity. Check out MP Fit Club’s classes during the week to get you out of that winter funk and get your heart pumping! They offer forty different types of classes including kickboxing, anything goes cardio and much more. 5. Mount Pleasant Nutrition After getting a good sweat session in at MP Fit Club stop next door at Mount Pleasant Nutrition to get a shake and tea combo. The positive and fun atmosphere is contagious at MPN. Not to mention the shakes and teas also give you that energy boost while providing your body with healthy nutrients it needs. These Mount Pleasant spring break activities, though not the ideal tropical destinations, will still bring fun and joy to your vacation.
