Rivalry Recap: Central Football Faces Western Michigan

A weekend normally filled with tailgating, football, celebration and a little healthy college rivalry was cut short by a brutal hail storm and bone chilling temperatures.

Western Weekend is the event of the football season for Central Michigan University students— but unfortunately, bad weather and a saddening loss of 35-10 put a literal and metaphorical damper on the weekend’s events.

However, that didn’t stop the game and a good number of die-hard fans from powering through what was a state-wide storm.
