Threads Prep: Garments Come to Life with Designer Ally Vara

Fashion majors and minors are working around the clock in preparation for the Threads Fashion Show on Saturday, April 23. The annual fashion show takes a lot of work, from the set up to marketing, and recruiting designers.

Ally Vara is a designer for this years show; Vara and her model, Lauren Bennett, chatted with Grand Central about the  inspiration behind the collection, designs and daily routine.
