Spice Up the Tradition: Seasoned Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Halloween is right around the corner and one thing that college students can’t deny their love for is carving pumpkins.

Not only does carving a pumpkin bring out our inner-kid and create festive porch decor, but you also get to make a fresh, homemade holiday treat: roasted pumpkin seeds.

But now you can add more than just salt to those seeds.

Garlic Pumpkin Seeds

  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Ranch Pumpkin Seeds

Cinnamon-Sugar Pumpkin Seeds
