“Express Yourself:” Ep. 2 – Cartxr J.

Just in case you missed the last episode, “Express Yourself” is a video column that illustrates the various passions of Central Michigan University students.

In this episode, we introduce Jameson Allen. The Flint native is a senior studying broadcast and cinematic arts. However, away from his academics, he is known as Cartxr J. (pronounced ‘Carter Jay’). Allen has been making music since he was a teenager and experiments with singing as much as he does with rapping.
