April 27, 2015 Style Makeup Monday: Threads Fashion Show Edition On Saturday night, models hit the runway, rocking the work of many talented designers at the annual Central Michigan University Threads fashion show. Before the lights, music and wardrobe could begin, the models’ day started bright and early – with makeup. Walled Lake sophomore Delaney Dillon requested “something classy” from her makeup artist. Since each makeup look was tailored to compliment the garments each model wore, a natural look was fitting for Dillon, who donned a pink bridesmaid’s dress – part of a collection by Kathryn Sell. Dillon’s look included a contoured face and subtle smokey pink eyes, coinciding with other natural makeup looks for the night. Students in CMU’s theatre program were the makeup artists that created the looks each model requested.
