February 13, 2020 Arts & Entertainment, Arts & Entertainment, Movies To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You Review Story and graphic by Kendall Reid Happy Galentine’s Day! To get you in the mood for everyone’s favorite Hallmark holiday, Netflix released To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You on Wednesday, Feb. 12. This new teen romance movie is the sequel to the 2018 classic, To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. The movie picks up right where the last movie left off. It follows Lara Jean and Peter as they start to officially date. The movie is filled with surprises, heartbreak, true love and has a great soundtrack to go with it. Many girls around campus got together with their friends the day it came out for a watch party. “I appreciated that the sequel gave us some unexpected twists and turns,” senior Meghan Knorp said. “It still had the cheesy love story aspects that were so definitive in the first movie, while also introducing us to intriguing new characters and plots.” “It was not what I was expecting. It was as cheesy as a love story could be, but it was cute with a great ending” said senior Maddie Waier. “I’ll be honest and say I like the first one more, but I did enjoy that this one felt real,” said junior Brianna Maloney. “Yes, there were some things that happened that would only happen in movies, but it showed real relationship struggles.” You can now stream this movie all day for Galentine’s Day or wait to watch it with your Valentine tomorrow.
