Fall Pick: Pumpkin Spiced Lattes

It’s officially fall! The leaves are changing, the weather is getting colder and Pumpkin Spiced Lattes have made a comeback!

If you have never tasted one, now is the time to expand your horizons. Literally, right now. Go.

Any coffee shop in Mount Pleasant has them, but my personal favorite is the Pumpkin Spiced Lattes from Starbucks.

Pumpkin Spiced Lattes are a caffeinated beverage made with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and pumpkin pie spices joined together with a dab of whipped cream.

Most of the coffee shops on or near coffee make it the same way, but Java City likes to use syrup with theirs as well as the previously listed ingredients.

When I first tried one, I hesitated because I can’t stand pumpkin of any kind, but my friend guaranteed me I would love it. I went out on a limb and got one, and now I’m obsessed.

Pumpkin Spiced Lattes are great for cold weather because they smell and taste exactly what you think fall would be like.

Trust me, once you try one, you will be immediately hooked!

Disclaimer: I know I’m convincing, but don’t blame me when you find yourself buying two … or three … a day.
