Five Fall Trends on Campus

Looking around campus is a great way to get a glimpse of what people are wearing on a daily basis. Here are five looks and pieces seen on the streets of CMU.

 Jean jackets

Oversized, fitted, dark wash and light wash jean jackets everywhere. Not only are girls wearing them, guys are, too. Anyone can get in on this piece and it looks good on everyone, too.

Athletic wear

This is a look that a lot of people take to the next level with sporty sneakers, leggings and oversized hoodies. It may be a look that many would say they rolled out of bed in, but it is still a look! 

Parka

Now that the weather is getting a little colder, the long puffy coat also known as a parka is back in action. It’s easier to dress up and also dress down.

Beanies

Beanie hats are everywhere and is a look everyone should be on board with. And again, a look both guys and girls are rocking. A favorite for sure.

Jeans and a cardigan

This is the put-together look for most college students that doesn’t take too much effort. It’s comfy, cute and very fashionable.

Now that these trends have been pointed out, take a look around. It’ll be hard not to notice these pieces.
