To address this popular diet, Grand Central writer Kelsey Smith sat down with Kati Mora, MS, RD, an expert dietitian and nutritionist in the Mount Pleasant community to get to the bottom of this lifestyle and Barryton senior Brock Crystal, who has followed the Paleo diet and seen tremendous results.
