Well, what if we gave you a super easy smoothie recipe that is not only good for you, but gives you energy and protein? And, helps balance your mood and brain health while keeping your immune system strong (especially during the cold season)?

Yes, it’s true. You can get all of those great benefits and more from a simple peanut butter and banana smoothie. So, give it a swirl and see what your tastebuds think about this smoothie recipe.

PBB Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 10-ounces of milk (preferably skim, plain soy or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Recipe:

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, peanut butter and banana. Add in the ice cubes and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency use six ice cubes.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
