Your guide to spring shorts

With warm weather coming, it means girls will be switching the leggings in for shorts. Here are a few options other than your regular blue jean shorts.

Floral

The great thing about floral shorts is that with the different colors you have more shirt options. Floral shorts come in many base colors, including white, black and light blue. With the pops of color they are sure to stand out.

High-Waisted

Even though crop tops are popular right now, they are not always appropriate for the classroom. High-waisted shorts are a great way to stay covered.

Colored

Want a pop of color? Colored shorts are a great way to make a statement. With a bright pair of shorts and a solid colored shirt

Comfy and cute

Ever have those days where you want to look cute, but don’t want to wear uncomfortable shorts? There is an alternative! There are many shorts out there that have an elastic waistband so they are not as tight. There are lace shorts, patterned shorts and shorts made out of flowy fabric all made with an elastic waistband. With so many options it is easy to always look cute for class.

Just remember to make sure your shorts are not too short for class. What you wear on a night out is probably not appropriate. Also, make sure your shirts cover your stomach. Since shorts already show so much skin you want to make sure you stay covered where you can.

Next time your bored of your blue jean shorts, try one of these styles out. They are sure to brighten your day!
