March 28, 2017 Drinks, Food, Food & Beverage Nutrition Panel Scheduled to Come to the University Center Story by Katherine Hunan Feature image via Project Mind Grow Facebook page Project Mind Grow is a student organization that seeks to promote healthy student lifestyles via interactive sessions with cooking demonstrations, Q&A sessions and open-invite meals held on campus. Project Mind Grow is hosting a nutrition panel in the Bovee University Center Rotunda on Wednesday, March 29 at 10 a.m. In light of the latest food and diet buzz, Project Mind Grow is bringing together six dietitians and food experts to answer any food and nutrition questions students may have. The panel is to help students who may be confused or curious about healthy eating and to debunk diet myths and mysteries by discussing and answering common questions. Other food and nutrition topics will be covered as well. Students who are interested are able to bring prepared questions to ask at the panel, or drop them in Project Mind Grow’s question box prior to the discussion. Those who do not have any questions for the panel are still encouraged to join. Students interested in hearing more about food and nutrition or finding new food inspiration along with a cup of complimentary coffee are more than welcome come.
