From a young age, Grand Rapids senior Mariah Hill and Iron Mountain senior Erika Ellis both knew one thing— they wanted to find a way to help people one day.

In order to fulfill this dream, Hill and Ellis have created their very own business called Perfectly Unique and are both Independent Herbalife Distributers and Hustle and Heart coaches.

To get their business up and running officially, Hill and Ellis had to get Perfectly Unique licensed in the state of Michigan. This license allows them to sell their brand as well as advertise it.

Perfectly Unique is a business and movement tailored to your own heart’s desire.

The mission statement for Hill and Ellis’s business is “Perfectly Unique is to show the world that you are exactly as you should be. But there is always room to grow into who you want to be.”

“Perfectly Unique is a self-help, personal development podcast, blog, vlog and merchandising business,” Hill said.

Besides being young entrepreneurs, both Hill and Ellis have busy schedules with multiple extra curricular and are pursing multiple degrees at Central Michigan University.

“If you’re passionate about something than do it, but make sure you plan it out first because you don’t want to jump in and have it all crash down, then your dreams are shattered,” Ellis said. “Make sure you plan it out and that you’re ready.”

Hill is currently in the RSO Communication Association and is a Student Government Representative. Besides being involved on campus she works at Mount Pleasant Nutrition.
